Apothecaries’ Hall, Black Friars Lane
A tour of this magnificent building highlighted that The Worshipful Society of Apothecaries lies at the heart of the foundation of modern-day medicine. It is home to the Faculty of the History and Philosophy of medicine and pharmacy. The morning included refreshments of coffee and home made cakes.
