Brunch Reception

Mrs Alia Armouti Homoud, wife of His Excellency Mr Mazen Kemal Homoud, invited members of the Women’s Council and their friends to join her for Brunch at the Residence. A generous and welcoming hostess, Mrs Homoud had arranged for some musical entertainment which, reflective at first, ended in music to which many of the ladies danced. We were then invited to sample the array of different dishes, all delicious and far too tempting. After lunch the Raffle was drawn and there were speeches of thanks from the President, Lady Butterworth and Chairman, Mrs Yaxley. They both expressed their appreciation of the support Mrs Homoud has given to TWC during the period in which she has been in London.
