A celebration of TWC’s 50th Anniversary as a registered charity at the Embassy of Nepal.

Our heartfelt thank you to His Excellency and TWCs Patron Madam Sunita Acharya for their warm hospitality. Our appreciation also extends to Madam Roshan (DCM) and all the team at the Embassy. It was an honour to hear from our guest Hari Budha Magar, the first double amputee to summit Mt Everest in May 2023. He described the challenges and his determination to summit the top of the world.  We were delighted to be joined by Mira Rai, a renowned Nepalese trail and sky runner. Members and guests enjoyed an exquisite cultural programme and delicious Nepalese cuisine at the beautiful Embassy in Kensington Palace Gardens. Thank you to Madam Sunita for donating her stunning oil painting “The Enchanted Garden” for auction.
